Touch Guard
A slim screen-side guard for dimming, touch protection, and longer viewing.

Keep the app underneath visible while a compact controller stays docked to either screen edge. Move it where it is comfortable, tune the darkness, lock accidental touches, and choose how long the display should stay awake.
Dock it on the left or right, then drag it up or down so the content you care about remains clear.
Raise or lower the translucent shade without opening a large panel across the top of the screen.
Block taps and swipes behind the guard while its own controls stay available for a safe unlock.
Choose System, 1, 2, 3, or 4 hours, or Always, from compact buttons beside the screen edge.

Install safely
Three steps to start.
- 1Download and scan
Download the versioned APK and leave Google Play Protect enabled so Android can scan it before installation.
- 2Allow this installation
Temporarily allow Install unknown apps for your browser, install Touch Guard, then turn that permission off again.
- 3Approve the visible guard
Open Touch Guard and approve Display over other apps. Start protection only when you want the edge controller visible.
Good to know
Protection, with clear limits.
- The touch shield does not block Android system navigation, the power button, calls, the lock screen, permission prompts, or protected system surfaces.
- Always keeps the display awake only while Touch Guard is active. Stop, service termination, force stop, restart, or Android and device-maker background policies can end it. Extended use consumes more battery and display life.
- Touch Guard does not permanently change your phone's saved screen-timeout setting; normal timeout returns when keep-awake ends.
- Stop remains available from the edge controller and from the persistent notification when notification permission is allowed.
